Heritage Cup 2025

Another Heritage Cup in the books! Both teams showed up in this tournament to represent the growth of Argentine lacrosse. Together again, both teams battled it out through the heat and unpredictable rain about an hour west of Boston.

Women’s Update:

A quick four days of lacrosse. The women’s team showed up on Friday ready to practice hard with returning players and new faces. A larger group of players for this tournament was everything Argentina needed to come out on top. Facing the challenges of playing on grass and battling the rain, this team continued to improve with each game. Starting Saturday off with afternoon games against Slovakia and Puerto Rico Red, Argentina was able to lock in and finish 2-0. Proving to be a solid start to their tournament weekend, which rewarded them with a 7:30 pm game on Sunday against Mexico White. Leading up to this game, Team Argentina took a trip to witness history being made at the NCAA Women’s Lacrosse Final. Fueled with focus and excitement, Argentina finished the day with a WIN over Mexico. Moving on to Monday, Argentina faced Israel Blue. Argentina rises with another win, granting them a spot in the championship game. The championship game vs. Wales proves to be a challenge. However, united together and fueled by the BEST fans, Argentina claims the Championship Trophy! A FIRST FOR THE WOMEN’S TEAM!
